Our company is seeking an experienced professional to support a 6-month pro-bono consulting project in M&A, you'll have the opportunity to:
· Collaborate with seasoned professionals to develop and execute an M&A strategy.
· Acquire firsthand knowledge of the M&A process, including researching potential partners and gaining practical experience in business development.
· Offer innovative ideas to bolster fundraising efforts, foster creative partnerships, and more.
· Apply your practical expertise to conduct market research, analysis, and strategy formulation within the cancer diagnostics industry.
· Engage with a diverse, international team and gain insights into the intricacies of global business dynamics.
· Averaging around 5-10 hours a week of work.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 4+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within management consulting, biotech, life sciences, or healthcare sectors.
· Relevant masters degree (MBA preferred), also willing to accommodate students still in graduate school or planning to graduate in 2024.
· Proficient analytical skills coupled with a creative mindset.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· A proactive approach and a genuine eagerness to learn.
Nice to Have Qualifications
· Prior consulting experience in M&A activities.
· Knowledge of the life sciences, biotech or healthcare sector.
· Business development background is a plus
